Platform - a platform operated by the company, which includes without any limitation the company's website, application and/or all other available alternative channels and related services, including any kind of communication made by the company to users regarding the services offered;

Operation - any operation carried out by the user using his profile (personal account) or in connection with his profile (personal account) and/or services (e.g. placing an ad, selling, buying, placing a request/order, registering a message/complaint, using the company's services, change of requisites, etc.).

Universal identifiers - a set of data provided by the user to the company (name, surname, first name, phone number, e-mail address and personal number/identification code), which he indicates in the identification system and through which he can use the company's services;

Access code(s) - codes, passwords, username, identification code, universal identifiers and/or other confidential information that the Company may provide to the Client to access various products;

Terms and Conditions/Agreement - This Agreement (Terms and Conditions) signed between the User and the Company as a result of the User's confirmation of these Terms and Conditions, which includes the Terms and Conditions and its appendices. Where the context permits, words denoting the singular number shall mean the plural
